For making homemade fresh pasta the Torchio hand crank pasta press
comes complete with two dies for spaghetti and rigatoni (Venetian
dialect: bigoli and gargati). The Torchio hand press can be attached

Historical Trivia |
Thomas Jefferson noted plans for a macaroni pasta machine while
touring northern Italy in 1787. When Jefferson prepared these plans,
macaroni was a highly fashionable food in Paris, where he was stationed
as minister to France.
