PNuova Pasta Sheeter with Mixer

PNuova combines the powerful Cilindro 170 tabletop pasta machine with a built-in dough mixer eliminating the need of a planetary mixer or mixing pasta dough by hand. The PNuova produces finely rolled pasta sheets and has an accessory hub for optional attachments for making ravioli, cut pasta (tagliatelle), gnocchi, and extruded pasta all in different shapes and sizes. Large diameter dough rollers and a powerful motor provide heavy duty compression power for a silky smooth pasta sheet.
